氧化铝陶瓷电热元件的节能研究

摘    要:文章对比测试了氧化铝陶瓷发热片与PTC陶瓷发热片的通电发热效率,对比测试发现在其他相同测试条件下,在加热效果优于PTC发热组件的前提下,氧化铝发热组件比PTC组件节能20%以上。本文通过深入分析材料特性,运用粒子碰撞散射理论,从理论上明确论证与解释了氧化铝陶瓷发热片比PTC节能的根本原因。并且利用实测功率因素,理论计算出MCH相对PTC节能23.36%,与实验各种测试结果较为吻合。

Abstract:Comparison test of the MCH and PTC ceramic heater have been performed in this article.It found that heat efficiency of electrifies of MCH was higher than that of PTC.MCH could conserve energy above 20% than PTC as the heat efficiency.This paper gave the clear theoretically proves and explaination of the energy saving by thorough analysis material structure and the utilization particle encounter scattering theory.MCH has conserved energy 23.36% relative to PTC by using the actual power factor,and the theoret...
