N型热电材料ZnO烧结技术的研究

摘    要:本文研究了N型ZnO热电材料的热压二次烧结工艺,与普通压制烧结相比,二次烧结工艺能降低压制压力及烧结温度,且可获得热电性能良好并有一定结构强度的多孔块体材料。

Abstract:The second sintering process of the N type thermoelectric materials ZnO was researched in this paper.Compared to ordinary sintering process,the second sintering process could decrease the sintering temperature and pressing pressure,and get sintered bodies with good thermoelectric properties and certain structural strength.
