双降膜螺旋板短程多效蒸发器组合探析

摘    要:为有效利用低位热能再生淡水,提出双降膜螺旋板短程多效蒸发组合技术,克服静液柱压差和二次蒸汽流动压降。50~70℃热源温度下的实验表明,在3~6℃的小传热温差范围,系统能稳定工作。3℃传热温差下,产水能力约11kg/(h·m2),实测总传热系数达2500W/(m2·K),具有工业应用前景。

Integrated Double Spiral Plate Falling Film Multi-Effect Evaporator with Short Path

Abstract:For effective use of low-grade heat energy regenerated freshwater,this paper proposes the combination technology of double spiral plate falling film multi-effect evaporation with short path to overcome the hydrostatic column pressure difference and the secondary steam flow pressure drop.The experiments under 50 ~ 70(C heat source show that the system is stable within the small heat transfer temperature difference range of 3 ~ 6(C.Under 3(C of heat transfer temperature difference,the water production capacity is approximately 11kg /(h.m 2),and the measured total heat transfer coefficient reaches 2500W /(m 2.k),which has bright prospect in industrial application.
