摘    要:采用活性纳米填料补强,使用复配增粘和催化体系制备高粘接性脱酮肟密封胶。并研究了该体系对脱酮肟密封胶性能的影响及活性纳米填料用量、端羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷(107胶)分子质量、交联剂和偶联剂用量等对RTV-1硅橡胶性能的影响。

Abstract:The de ketoxime type silicone sealant with good adhesion strength was prepared using the combined tackifying and catalyzing system and the active nano-fillers as the reinforting agent.The effect of this system on performance of the silicone was studied. Particularly the effects of amount of active nano-fillers, molecular weight of hydroxyl-terminated polydirnethylsiloxane, and amount crossing agent and coupling agent on the performance of RTV-1 silicone were investigated.
