三丁基锡氮杂环羧酸酯的合成及应用研究

摘    要:以三丁基氯化锡和氮杂环羧酸盐为原料,合成了5种新型杀菌剂三丁基锡氮杂环羧酸酯(n C4H9)3SnO2CR(R=吡啶基,吲哚烷基),所有产品收率均大于85%。实验确定了较佳反应条件:三丁基氯化锡和氮杂环羧酸盐的摩尔比为11.2,反应时间为5h,反应温度为回流温度。样品经元素分析、红外光谱和核磁共振氢谱检测与目标化合物一致。对化合物进行了应用试验,结果表明,在质量分数为0.005%时,这些化合物的杀菌活性为88%~100%。

Abstract:Five new fungicide,tributyltin nitrogenous heteroaromatic carboxylates( n C4H9)3SnO2CR(R=pyridinyl,indolylalkyl) were synthesized starting from tributyltin chloride and nitrogenous heteroaromatic carboxylates.The yields of all products were over 85%.It showed that the optimum molar ratio of tributyltin chloride to nitrogenous heteroarmatic carboxylates was 11.2,the optimum reaction time was 5h,and reflux temperature was the optimum reaction temperature.These compounds were characterized by IR,1HNMR and elementary analysis.The results of bioassay indicated that the fungicidal activity was 880% in the concentration of 0.005%.
