连续萃取法从槐米中提取芦丁的新工艺

讨论了连续萃取法提取芦丁的原理、工艺过程,考察了槐米颗粒大小、预处理方法、萃取剂的性质和用量、沉淀时的pH值等因素对提取率的影响。实验表明:槐米先用OP—10和NaHCO3处理后再蒸煮45min,槐米粉碎至20～40目,用w(硼砂)=0 3%的饱和石灰水做萃取剂,用量为槐米质量的20倍,萃取液用盐酸调pH=23,沉淀6h,该工艺提取率为22%,w(芦丁)=98 2%,w(灼烧残渣)=0 21%。使用连续萃取的新工艺代替传统的间歇式,可节省工时,生产效率大大提高。

A New Technology of Continuous Extraction of Rutin from Sophora Japonica Buds

The paper introduces the principle and production proces s of continuous extraction of rutin.Various factors influencing the extraction rat e,such as size of Sophora japonica buds,method of pretreatment,property and quantity of extractant and the pH value,are discussed.Thus,the buds are treated with NaHCO3 and OP-10 and steamed for 45 mins,and then crushed into small gra ins between 20 to 40 mesh.Saturated lime water containing 03% borax is used as extractant which is 20 times as much as the buds.The extract is adjusted to pH= 2-3 with HCl and deposited for 6 h.Yield of rutin is 22%,the purity is 982%,an d ash after burning is 021%.Merits of this new continuous extraction technolog y are shorter working time and higher production efficiency.
