摘    要:以ZnSO4·7H2 O和Na2 CO3 为原料 ,用室温固相化学反应首先合成出粒径为 12 7nm的前驱体碳酸锌 ,然后在 2 0 0℃热分解 ,经纯化后得到纳米氧化锌。经XRD和TEM检测 ,粒径为 6 0~12 .7nm。

Abstract:Using ZnSO\-4·7H\-2O and Na\-2CO\-3 as raw materials,precursor (ZnCO\-3) with size distribution of 127 nm was synthesized by solidphase reaction at room temperature.Nanocrytalline ZnO was obtained by decomposing the precursor at 200 ℃and then washing with deionized water to remove impurities.Nanosized zinc oxide was characterized by Xray powder diffraction(XRD) and transmisson electron microscope (TEM).XRD and TEM showed that the crystalline ZnO was spherical particles with hexagonal structure and had uniform size distribution of 60~12.7 nm.
