固相微萃取/气相色谱/质谱法分析千年健中挥发性化学成分

用固相微萃取法萃取千年健中挥发性化学成分,并用气相色谱/质谱法对化学成分进行了分离鉴定,共分离出98个组分,鉴定出70个组分,用面积归一化法测定面积相对百分含量,占挥发性化学成分总含量的96.26%。主要成分是:γ-松油烯(1.35%)、芳樟醇(29.90%)、松油醇-4(5.73%)、乙酸芳樟醇酯(2.64%)、γ-依兰油烯(1.07%)、β-石竹烯(2.19%)、α-律草烯(1.16%)、α-蛇床烯(1.30%)、(-)-α-依兰油烯(1.09%)、α-紫惠槐烯(1.99%)、δ-杜松烯(6.09%)、α-雪松醇(5.24%)、叔杜松醇(3.21%)、叔依兰油醇(4.65%)、(Z)-6,10-二甲基-5,9-癸二烯-2-酮(2.90%)、2-氨基-3-羟基苯甲酸(2.51%)等。

Analysis of Chemical Constituents of the Essential Oil from Homalomena Occulta Schott by SPME-GC-MS

The chemical components of the essential oil from Homalomena occulta(Lour.)Schott were extracted by SPME and the components separated were identified by GC-MS.The total essential oil were separated to 98 componens,among which 70 components were identified,amounting to about 96.26% of the total essential constituents.The main components are γ-terpinene(1.35%),linalool(29.90%),terpineol-4(5.73%),linalyl acetate(2.64%),γ-muurolene(1.07%),β-caryophyllene(2.19%),α-humulene(1.16%),α-selinene(1.30%),α-muurolene-(-)(1.09%),β-amorphene(1.99%),δ-cadinene(6.09%),α-cedrol(5.24%),tert-cadinol(3.21%),tert-muurolol(4.65%),6,10-dimethyl-5,9-undecadien-2-one,(Z)-(2.90%),2-amino-3-hydroxybenzoic acid(2.51%).et al.
