摘    要:考察了碳纤维/玻璃纤维复合并浇注硅溶胶制成的纤维毡的介电和吸波性能。结果表明:碳纤维的分散对复合材料的介电性能有很大影响。复合材料的介电常数随着碳纤维含量的增加而增加,随频率的增加而降低,具有明显的频响效应。复合材料具有明显的双峰吸收性能,且最高吸收峰随着厚度的增加向低频移动。当w(碳纤维)=1%,复合材料厚度为6、7、8 mm时,反射率小于-10 dB的频段分别为4.2~10.5、3.9~9.3、3.8~7.7 GHz。

Abstract:The dielectric and microwave absorbing properties of carbon fiber(CF)/glass fiber filled silicone fiber felt composties were investigated.The result showed:the dispersion of carbon fibers showed the effection on the dielectric properties of the composites.The real part and the imaginary part of permittivity increased with the content of the carbon fiber,while decreased with the increasing frequency,which is called the frequency-dependence.The microwave composites show two microwave absoption peaks,and the absorption peaks moved to the low-frequency with the increasing thickness of the composites.When w(CF)=1% and the composites thickness is 6,7,8 mm,the reflection loss blow -10 dB can be obtained in the frequency range of 4.2~10.5,3.9~9.3,3.8~7.7 GHz,respectively.
