| 摘 要： | 概述了用于生物分析领域与生物分子共价结合的近红外荧光染料,包括菁染料(含多次甲基菁、方酸菁和克酮酸染料)、酞菁、罗丹明及荧光素等,对其结构、光谱性能、应用等方面进行了综述,对发展前景进行了预测。

| Abstract: | Due to the requirement of near infrared fluorescent dyes in biochemistry,this paper focused on the research progress of NIR dyes,and some suggestions were put forward on the future research.This paper mainly introduced dyes which are used for covalent labeling of chemically modified nucleic acids,and paid attention to the properties such as maximum absorption wavelength and the absorption intensity.Attention was paid to the near infrared fluorescent dyes as follows:cyanine dyes which included polymethine dyes,squarylium and croconium dyes,phthalocyanines,rhodamines and fluoresceins. |
