| 摘 要： | 以3-苯甲酰基苯乙腈为原料,采用碳酸二甲酯进行α-甲基化反应制备2-(3苯甲酰基苯基)丙腈,使反应控制在单甲基化阶段,HPLC测定产物含量99.7%。同时探讨了催化剂的选择、反应温度、反应时间对反应的影响。

| Abstract: | 2-(3-Benzoylphenyl)propionitrile which was an important intermediate of ketoprofen was synthesized from 3-benzoylbenzeacetonitrile via monomethylation in the presence of dimethyl carbonate,Pure compound was obtained and the content of crystal was about 99.7%. The influence of catalysts,reaction temperature and reaction time on reactions were discussed. |
