微波合成2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮

摘    要:以2,4-二羟基二苯甲酮(UV-0)及碳酸二甲酯(DMC)为原料,微波合成2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮(UV-9)。利用正交实验设计法对影响收率诸因素进行了考察,通过红外、核磁共振氢谱和质谱对产物结构进行表征。运用社会科学统计软件包(SPSS)进行实验数据处理,确定优化工艺条件,与常规加热反应相比,采用微波法缩短了反应时间,产物收率达到了74.38%。
