摘 要: | 随着石化行业循环水系统的发展越来越趋向大型化,以及供水点要求条件的差异化.循环水管网的优化设计、循环水泵的正确选择乃至整个循环水系统设计的合理性应引起重视。结合工程实例,论述了软件在优化循环水管网设计以及指导循环水系统选泵方面的重要意义,达到了扫除设计盲点的目的,使设计更加准确、经济、合理。

Abstract: | With the large-scale development of circulating water system and the variety of requirement of water supply points in petrochemical industry, more attention should be paid on the optimization design of circulating water pipe network, the proper selection of circulating pump and even the rationality of the design for the whole circulating water system. Combining with a project example, the importance of software for the optimization design of circulating water pipe network and the selection of circulating pump were elaborated, which was: over coming the shortcomings of the original design and making the engineering design more accurate, economical and rational. |
