剩余污泥厌氧水解酸化产VFA的研究

摘    要:剩余污泥的处理不仅增加了污水处理成本,而且处理不当会造成二次污染。有效解决此问题的方法之一是将剩余污泥进行厌氧水解酸化产VFA,影响剩余污泥的水解酸化产VFA的因素有pH值、温度、搅拌、SRT、污泥浓度、反应器结构、运行方式、预处理方式等,其中预处理是关键。不同预处理方式对VFA的产量和种类影响比较大,是研究的重点和热点。

VFA production by hydrolytic acidification of excess sludge under anaerobic condition

Abstract:The treatment of excess sludge not only increase the total cost of wastewater treatment but also may cause secondary pollution if the technology is not suitable. To produce VFA through hydrolytic acidification of excess sludge under anaerobic condition is an effective way to solve the said problem. The factors influencing the hydrolytic acidification of excess sludge includes: pH value, temperature, stirring speed, SRT, sludge concentration, reactor structure, operation mode, pretreatment process and so on. Among them, pretreatment is regarded as the key factor, and as the output and species of VFA are affected by preatment process greatly, the research on different preatment technologies will attract more attention in the future.
