皮囊式蓄能器控制输油管道水击压力研究

摘    要:在管路系统中,由于各种原因所造成的压力过高、压力过低都会影响系统的正常运行;管路系统安装了皮囊式蓄能器后,利用特征线法模拟了管路加油系统的水力瞬变过程,分析表明皮囊式蓄能器可以有效地控制水击压力,建议选用蓄能器前应合理选用其结构参数,并设置合适的运行参数,使其充分发挥防护作用。

Abstract:In pipeline system,either excessively high or excessively low pressure caused by various factors would influence the normal performance of the system.Peltry energy accumulator set in the pipeline system,by using characteristic line method,can simulate the transient hydraulic process in refu- eling pipeline system.Through analysis,it has been shown that peltry energy accumulator can efficiently control the pressure caused by water hammer.It is also proposed that before use of peltry energy accumulator,appropriate parameters should be selected and correct performance parameters should be set, there by,full use of its protective role can be made.
