3BCL457型增压机轴振动异常的处理

离心压缩机组3BCL457型增压机在运转过程中轴振动多次发生异常波动，轴位移随着生产运行出现逐步增大现象，多次停车检查没有发现根泰问题所在，随着不稳定状态频繁地出现，对压缩机进行了投运以来的初次大修．在对压缩机进行大修解体检查时发现止推盘与转子出现松动状况，轴颈已受损严重，压缩机缸体内也发现了一些其他的问题，文章对问题发生的原因进行了分析并采取了相应的处理措施。
