摘    要:由于管板上开有众多的不连续通孔,因而其应力分布、强度问题十分复杂,为了弄清管板的受力状态,给废热锅炉管板的强度设计提供参考资料,在没有相应规范的情况下,本文对此新型废热锅炉的管板建立了试验模型,并进行了应力测定,实测结果和有限元计算值基本上接近。

Abstract:In view of the existence of many holes, the stress distribution and the strength of the tubesheets are quite complicated. In order to obtain the stress distribution in the tnbesheet so as to provide references for the design, an experiment model was established under the condition that mere is no relevant code. Then, the measurement of the stress was carried out for this model. The result of the experiment was consistence with the result from the calculation of finite element method.
