大容积钢质内胆环向缠绕气瓶的设计与应力分析

摘    要:根据ISO 11515:2013标准,对大容积钢质内胆环向缠绕气瓶进行了设计,并论述了其与常规CNG环向缠绕气瓶的区别。采用有限元分析软件对设计进行了验证,根据有限元计算结果对其疲劳性能进行了预测。分析认为,该设计完全满足ISO 11515:2013对大容积钢质内胆环向缠绕气瓶的要求。

Abstract:Designed the hoop-wrapped gas cylinder with large volume steel liner according to ISO 11515: 2013, and discussed the differences between it and common hoop-wrapped cylinders for CNG (compressed natural gas) . Verified the design by finite element analysis software, and predicted the fatigue property based on the analysis results. It was concluded that the design corresponded with the requirement for hoop-wrapped gas cylinder with large volume steel liner in the standard ISO 11515:2013.
