| 摘 要： | 介绍了新桥硫铁矿硫精矿脱水新工艺及新型压滤机的研究与开发的工业试验，结果表明采用新的脱水工艺和设备，单机处理量可提高近３０ 倍，滤饼水分可降低１．０９ 个百分点，生产成本由原来的２２．７８ 元／吨降低到５．９０６ 元／吨。年综合效益达１０１８ 万元。解决了有色金属矿山普遍存在的硫精矿的脱水难题。

| Abstract: | The results of commercial tests of new dewatering process and newly improved automatic chamber press filter in the dewatering of pyrite concentrate in Xinqiao pyrite iron show that the solids throughput is above30time higher and the cake moistrue is 1.09percent lower than that of the old dewatering process and equipment.The cost of product is 5.906yuan per ton as against the 22.759yuan per ton.The direct annual benefit of 10.18 million yuan has been obtatined.The successful of tests can solve the common dewatering problem of pyrite concentrate existing in the non-ferro metallurgy. |
