摘    要:采用高频感应等离子球化工艺生产的预合金化空心球粉末,综合了喷雾干燥法及熔融-粉碎法粉末两者的优点。与其它类型陶瓷粉末相比,预合金化空心球粉末还具有以下优点:高沉积效率、更均一的熔化特性、重复性良好,是一种更为优良的喷涂粉末材料。

Abstract:Pre-alloyed hollow sphere powder produced by high-frequency induction plasma spheroidization process combines the advantages of both the spray drying method and the melt-pulverization method.Compared with other types of ceramic powder,pre-alloyed hollow sphere powder also has the following advantages:high deposition efficiency,more uniform melting characteristics,good repeatability,which can be a more excellent spray powder material.
