| 摘 要： | 计算了梯度功能陶瓷刀具和普通陶瓷刀具内的最大Mises应力，最大剪应力和最大拉应力。在低速切削时梯度功能陶瓷和普通陶瓷刀具内机械应力场基本相同，前刀面的破损形式基本一样。

| Abstract: | The maximum mechanical stresses(Mises stress,tresca stress and principal stress)in functionally graded ceramic tools and common ceramic tools were calculated.The results obtained show that the mechanical stress fields in functionally graded ceramic tools and common ceramic tools are almost equal in low cutting speed.The crack styles are almost the same. |
