| 摘 要： | 本文阐述了氮化硅陶瓷的增韧补强的研究与进展，对氮化硅的几种常见增韧补强的途径如弥散增韧、纤维增韧、相变增韧、自增韧、层状复合增韧作了评述，指出了目前进行氮化硅陶瓷的增韧的途径与方向。

| Abstract: | In the paper,the study on and the progress in toughened and reinforced silicon nitride ceramics are expounded,and the conventional avenues to tough silicon nitride ceramics are commented such as dispersion toughing,fiber reinforcing,phase transformation toughing,self toughing and lamellar compound toughing.Finally the avenues and direction are pointed out to toughen silicon nitride ceramics. |
