全塑轮胎浇口设计与联合仿真分析

摘    要:采用Moldflow软件,对辐板式全塑轮胎的注塑成型过程进行模拟分析,研究注射模具浇口的位置和数量对熔料流动状态、充模情况和制品精度等的影响,同时应用Moldflow-Digimat-Abaqus联合仿真对成型后的轮胎进行力学分析。结果表明,内侧四浇口方案为最优设计。

Abstract:The reasonable gate location and quantity in the injection system are very important. This paper takes the full plastic non pneumatic tire as an example, the gate location and quantity are analyzed using moldflow software. Mechanical analysis of tire after molding of each options is studied by moldflow-digimat-abaqus combined simulation. Through the analysis and comparison of different schemes, the optimal gate lacation and quantity are obtained.
