中海油减压馏分油生产橡胶油工艺研究

以中海油绥中36-1减二线馏分油为原料，通过高压加氢工艺可生产优质橡胶油。该馏分油芳烃、硫、氮含量高，粘度大，通过高压加氢处理-临氢降凝-加氢后精制三段串联的全氢型流程能够生产出品质优良的橡胶油。主产品收率较高，达85.3%，芳烃含量极低，CN值高达57.6%，产品性质达到国内外先进水平，且部分性质优于同类产品。该填充油制备的SBS充油胶各项物理性能均达到或超过参比充油胶，并满足某充油胶优级品指标。

The Study on Process of Rubber Oil Derived from CNOOC Vacuum Distillate

The high pressure hydrogenation process was applied to produce rubber oil, taking the CNOOC vacuum distillate as raw material. Although the content of aromatics, sulfur, nitrogen and viscosity of the raw material was higher obviously, the good quality rubber oil also could be produced by the combined process of high pressure hydrotreating-hydrodewaxing-hydrofining process. The yield of the product reached to 85.3%, and the CN value arrived in 57.6%, with the extremely low aromatics. The properties of the product achieved the advanced level in domestic and abroad, and some parameters were better than the similar products. The physical properties of the SBS rubber, which was extended by the former rubber oil, reached or exceeded that of the reference ones, and the parameters even could meet some premium grade indicators.
