硫酸、氨管式反应器工艺生产复合肥技术

摘    要:硫酸、氨管式反应器技术是将TVA埋床式硫酸、氨双管改为悬挂式单管道反应器。硫酸与氨在管式反应器中反应,生成高温低湿料浆,该热熔体料浆均匀喷洒于造粒机内的物料表面,由于硫酸铵与其它肥料具有良好配伍性,其包裹在尿素、磷铵外,使该技术有效解决了尿素磷铵等低共熔物生成给复肥生产带来的诸多问题,故获得装置生产稳定、产量质量提高、能耗降低的效果。

Abstract:The technology of pipe reactor for sulfuric acid and ammonia consists of a festoon single pipe reactor changed from the TVA embedding double pipe reactor for sulfuric acid and ammonia.The reaction between sulfuric acid and ammonia is carried out to produce the slurry with high temperature and low moisture in the pipe reactor,and the hot and melted slurry is even sprayed on the surface of material in the granulator to coat the urea and ammonium phosphate,according to the good compatibleness between ammonium sulfate and other fertilizer.The technology solves many problems,existing in the production of compound fertilizer,for the low cosolvent material produced from urea and ammonium phosphate,which results in a stable operation,high product quality and low energy consumption.
