| 摘 要： | 介绍了立体编织预制体成型工艺过程中,单针插刺工艺的自动化,提出了自动单针插刺机的总体设计方案,研究了方案的机构功能及工作过程。自动单针插刺机研制,可提高生产效率,优化成型工艺性能,适应立体编织预制体形状复杂化、大型化的趋势要求。

| Abstract: | For the automation of single needle piercing operation for braiding 3D preforms,an overall design for such a machine is proposed,and the functions of its components and the working process described. The development of this machine enables the improvement of working efficiency and the optimization of preforming performance so as to meet the requirements for making complex and large 3D braided preforms. |
