| Abstract: | The author elaborates in this article the background, purpose and significance of mandatory national standard“The Norm of Energy Consumption per Unit Product of Glass Fibers”,the principle and basis for specifica-tions in general,the target values and the method for statistics and calculation,and the assess of energy consumption level of enterprises. He also discusses the technical measures for saving energy so as to help the standard users to understand and use the standard better. |
