叶蜡石在无碱玻璃纤维中应用的理化指标研究

摘    要:通过细度分析、化学成分分析、熔化实验、X射线衍射仪矿物分析等实验手段对叶蜡石在无碱玻纤中的应用进行理化指标研究。用定量的叶蜡石、石灰石、高岭石、硼钙石配制无碱玻纤配合料做熔化实验,其在1 300℃试验时已熔化流平,说明不存在池窑生产中的难熔矿物,与该温度下XRD图谱中波峰消失相吻合。

Abstract:Experimental studies were made on the physicochemical indexes of pyrophyllite used in E-glass fiber,including powder fineness analysis, chemical composition analysis, melting tests and mineral analysis by X-ray diffraction. The batch used in the E-glass melting tests was mixed up of pyrophyllite, limestone, kaolinite and colemamite, which was melted completely at 1 300 ℃. This indicated that the batch contained no high-melting minerals for direct-melt fiberizing process, and coincided with the disappearance of diffraction peak in the XRD spectrum at this temperature.
