Reactivity of PdO/Al2O3Catalyst improved by Pt

Abstract:PdO/M-Al2O3(M= Ce、Zr、Ce-Zr)catalysts and PtO-PdO/M-Al2O3 catalysts were prepared by co-precipitation method.The impact of Pt on the PdO/M-Al2O3,Ce,Zr modified PtO-PdO/Al2O3 catalysts for methane combustion reactivity and pretreatment on the catalytic reaction performance were investigated.To the PtO-PdO/CeO2-Al2O3 catalyst,the complete conversion temperature of methane was 475℃ which was lower 90℃ than PdO/Ce-Al2O3 catalyst.The addition of Pt improves the catalyst performance was suggested.In addition,the catalyst washed with distilled water had a lower ignition temperature and completely transformed temperature.
