摘    要:采用乳液聚合法制备得到单分散且粒径为80~100nm的聚苯乙烯(PS)种子微球,使聚苯乙烯与石蜡进行共聚,合成石蜡聚苯乙烯微球.通过实验对微球合成的因素进行分析,找到了影响微球合成产率及粒径分布的因素.结果表明,乳液聚合法合成的聚苯乙烯粒径较为均匀,分散性好.通过聚苯乙烯对石蜡的修饰得到微米级粒径、分布均匀且高产率的石...

Abstract:Well dispersed single polystyrene(PS) particles at 80~100nm were prepared by emulsion polymerization.Using polystyrene and paraffin wax,paraffin—polystyrene spherical particles were synthesized through the dispersion polymerization process.The factors of influencing the synthesis process and size distributions were analyzed and the experimental results showed that the PS particles were well dispersed and their diameters were small.Furthermore,employing a proper synthesis method,the paraffin—polystyrene spherical particles were prepared with high yield rate,small size and uniform distribution.
