高纯度蔗糖八乙酸酯的重结晶制备

摘    要:对重结晶法制备高纯度蔗糖八乙酸酯工艺进行了研究,考察了溶剂、结晶次数和结晶速率对纯度及晶体形貌的影响。使用了气相色谱-质谱联用仪、扫描电子显微镜和X射线衍射仪对产品进行分析表征,结果表明产品纯度≥99.7%,达到了预期要求。

Abstract:In this paper,high purity sucrose octaacetate(SOA) was prepared by recrystallization.The parameters of recrystallization including the solvents,times and speed of crystallization which affected the purity and crystal morphology of SOA were also discussed.Gas chromatograph-mass spectrometer(GC-MS),scanning electron microscope(SEM) and X-ray diffraction microscope were performed to characterize SOA,and the results demonstrated that the purity was more than 99.7% which satisfied the desired requirements.
