摘    要:将生物处理废水系统微生物活体固定化,构成一种介体电流型微生物电极,用以测定微生物的活性。提出了以微生物体内优势酶活性表征微生物活性的新构思,并以好氧生物膜为研究对象,分析验证了废水系统中微生物体内优势酶系的存在和种类以及其活性随外界条件变化的特性。通过废水处理系统中容积负荷去除率与微生物活性之间的关系,论证了所建立的微生物电极在生物水处理工程中应用的可行性。

Abstract:In this paper,a new type microbial electrode by immobilizing the microbiomass,which is used to detect the activity of the microbiomass in wastewater biotreatment,has mainly been studied.Submit an origiral idea,based on which,the activity of the dominant enzyme was used to represent the whole microbia's activity.The existence and species of the dominant enzyme in the microbial living in different kinds of wastewater were certified based on research in areobic microbial film,and it was also found that the activity of the dominant enzyme changed,as soon as its living environment had been changed.The relationship between the volumetic load removal capacity and the acivity of electrode has been investigated.The results show the feasibility of using microbial electrode in wastewater biotreatment engineering.
