高功率微波窗口材料的研究进展

摘    要:综述了高功率微波窗口材料的发展及应用现状,比较分析了几种常用的高功率微波窗口材料的特性,叙述了这几种窗口材料的制备方法,指出了在制备过程中遇到的一些问题,并提出了改进的方法。并且为了满足高功率微波窗口材料的需求对新型介质窗材料进行了探索。最后展望了微波窗口材料的研究和发展趋势。

Abstract:In this paper, the development and application status of high power microwave window materials are reviewed, the properties of several common high power microwave window materials are compared, and the preparation methods of several window materials are introduced, the problems in the process of preparation are indicated, and the improving methods are presented. And in order to meet the requirements of high power microwave window materials, the new dielectric window materials are explored. Finally, based on this evidence the development trend of microwave window materials is proposed.
