摘    要:对裂纹瓷表面的纹饰进行图像拼接,可更好地应用于纹理等外部特征的分析与瓷器鉴别。图像处理技术可实现快速、无损的陶瓷器检测与分析,弥补了传统检测方法的不足。本文以具有裂纹釉的龙泉青瓷茶杯为研究对象,提取瓷器的多个侧面图像,采用Harris角点检测方法提取图像中的角点,然后进行图像配准和拼接,将多侧面图像拼接为完整图像;通过图像灰度化、二值化及形态学细化处理,将裂纹进行三维显示,为裂纹的形态学展示和拓扑分析提供了支撑,具有较强的创新性和实用性。

Abstract:Image splicing of the texture on the surface of cracked porcelain can be better used for the analysis of external features such as texture and the identification of porcelain.Image processing technology can realize fast and non-destructive ceramic inspection and analysis,which makes up for the shortcomings of traditional inspection methods.This paper takes the Longquan celadon teacup with cracked glaze as the research object,extracts multiple side images of the porcelain,uses Harris corner detection method to extract the corner points in the image,and then performs image registration and stitching to stitch the multiple side images into a complete image;Through image grayscale,binarization and morphological refinement processing,the cracks are displayed in three dimensions,which provides support for the morphological display and topological analysis of the cracks,and thus has strong innovation and practicality.
