摘    要:以十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)为乳化剂,丙烯酸(AA)为助乳化剂,甲基丙烯酸甲酯为油相,配合适量的水,构建反相(W/O)微乳液,研究了该微乳液体系的相行为。利用该微乳液体系,通过钛酸丁酯水解制备了纳米二氧化钛(TiO2)溶胶,并用γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷对其进行改性,采用红外光谱和透射电镜对改性前后纳米TiO2的结构进行了表征。结果表明,当CTAB/AA质量比为2/3,形成的反相微乳液单相区最大。KH-570以化学键的形式接枝到纳米TiO2表面,改性纳米TiO2的平均粒径在10nm左右且分散均匀。

Abstract:Reverse microemulsion was prepared with cetyhrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB) as surfactant, acrylic acid (AA) as co-emulsifier, methyl methacrylate as oil phase and water. The phase behaviors and the optimum proportion of single phase microernulsion area were investigated. In the reverse mieroemulsion, modified nano-titania (nano-TiO2) sols were synthesized by the hydrolysis of tetrabutyl titanate with γ-methacryloxypropyl trimethoxy silane (KH-570) as modifying agent. The structure of obtained nano-TiO2 was characterized by FTIR and TEM. The results showed that the biggest mieroemulsion region was obtained when the mass ratio of CTAB to AA was 2/3. Furthermore, KH-570 was bonded on the surface of nano-TiO2 by chemical bonds, and the modified nano-titania showed a good dispersion with an average particle size of 10nm.
