摘    要:讨论了酯化温度、催化剂种类和催化剂用量对酯化速度、酯化率、四氢呋喃生成量以及缩聚反应速度和树脂质量的影响。研究表明,钛锡复合催化剂能有效地提高酯化反应和缩聚反应速度,减少四氢呋喃生成量。采用钛锡复合催化剂,可使四氢呋喃生成量降到46.2g/kg树脂所得树脂特性粘数0.89~1.09dL/g,羧基含量12.3~16.8μeq/g,熔点228~230℃。

Abstract:The effects of reaction temperature,the types of catalyst and the adding amount of catalyst on the reac-tion speed of esterification,the conversion of PTA,the amount of THF formed and the reaction speed ofpolycondensation were studied. It was found that some kinds of titanic and stannic compounds were very ef-fective as catalysts for increasing the reaction rates of esterifications and polycondensation and reducing theamount of THF formed.When a titanic and stannic compound was used as co-catalyst,the THF formed weredecreased to 46.2g/kg PBT. The resulting resin has intrinsic viscosity 0. 89~1.09dL/g,carboxyl group con-tent 12.3~16.8μeq/g,melting point 228~230℃.
