摘    要:以钨酸铵为催化剂,用过氧化氢氧化环己醇合成己二酸。探讨了催化剂用量、过氧化氧用量、反应温度和时间等条件对反应的影响。结果表明:在环已醇:过氧化氢:钨酸铵的摩尔比为100:550:1,反应温度90℃,反应时间6h的条件下,己二酸收率可达78.4%,纯度为99.8%。催化剂可重复使用3次,已二酸收率稳定。

Abstract:Cyclohexanol was synthesized into adipic acid using ammonium tungstate as catalyst and hydrogen peroxide as oxi- dant.The effects of catalyst amount,hydrogen peroxide amount and reaction temperature and time on the reaction were dis- cussed.The results showed that the yield of adipic acid could approach to 78.4% with the purity of 99.8% when the mole ratio of cyclohexanol,hydrogen peroxide and ammonium tungstate was 100:550:1 and the reaction temperature and time were 90℃and 6 h,respectively.The yield of adipic acid was stable after repeatedly using the catalyst 3 times.
