ECDP异缩混纤丝的工艺、结构与性能

摘    要:用声速、双折射、密度梯度、热收缩、DSC、X光等方法对不同纺速、不同吹风条件及不同拉伸倍数下的阳离子可染涤纶(ECDP)异收缩混纤丝的生产工艺、结构与性能进行了研究,得出了纺速、吹风和拉伸倍数对ECDP异收缩混纤丝结构与性能的影响规律。

Abstract:In this paper,the analysis methods of sonic velocity,birefringence,density gradient ,thermal shrinkage,DSC, X-ray etc have been used to study the producing process and the structure and properties of ECDP fiberwith different shrinkages and different titres at different spinning velocities,different blowing conditions anddifferent draw ratios.The results show that as the spinning velocity increases,the orientation and strengthof ECDP fiber with different shrinkages and different titres increase,its drawability decreases,its unevennessincreases first and then decreases.As the draw ratio increases,the orientation and crystallinity of fiber in-crease,while its shrinkage in boiling water increases first and then decreases.
