胺基聚丙烯酰胺磁性微球的制备与表征

摘    要:利用改进的化学共沉淀法制备具有良好悬浮性和磁响应性的磁性流体。用聚乙二醇作改性剂,以磁流体为基质,以丙烯酰胺、烯丙胺等为单体制备聚丙烯酰胺磁性微球,利用xrd表征微球基质晶体结构,用JDM-13磁强计测定磁性基质的磁饱和强度,傅立叶变换红外光谱仪对微球表面功能团进行表征。实验结果表明:磁性微球的基质为FeO4晶体。

Abstract:Magnetic fluid with good suspendibility and magnetism was prepared by chemical coordination. At different temperature,with magnetic fluid whose property changed by polyethylene glycol,polyacrylamide magnetic beads can be produced. Using XRD tested crystal construction of magnetic microspheres; their specific saturation magnetization were measured by vibrating-sample magnetometer; functional groups by infrared spectrometer. The result suggested that the magnetic substrates of magnetic beads are Fe_3O_4 particle.
