摘    要:建立了等度离子色谱电导检测器分析防冻液和切削液中卤族元素的方法。采用CarboPacAS19分离柱对分离条件进行了优化,确定柱温为30℃、淋洗液为20mmol·L-1的KOH溶液。在0.10~20.0mg·L-1范围内氟、氯、溴呈良好线性,回收率分别为90.0%~100.4%、80.0%~100.3%、87.2%~97.0%,方法检出限分别为0.005、0.01、0.01mg·kg-1,精密度分别为1.64%~5.46%、0.83%~4.99%、1.07%~5.29%。检测了防冻液和切削液中的卤族元素,效果良好。

Abstract:The ion chromatography method was developed for the analysis of chlorine group elements in deicing fluid and remotion fluid with conductance detector. The separation was carried out on CarboPac ASI9 column using 20mmol·L-1 KOH, and column temperature was under 30℃.The linear ranges of fluorine,chlorine, bromine were 0.10 to 20.0 mg·L-1,and recoveries rates were 90.0%-100.4%, 80.0%-100.3%, 87.2%-97.0%,and the detection limits were 0.005,0.01,0.01mg· kg-1, and the RSDs were 1.64%-5.46%, 0.83%-4.99%, 1.07%-5.29%. This method is applicable to the determination of chlorine group elements in deicing fluid and remotion fluid.
