摘    要:本文分析了氨肟化膜系统运行周期短的原因,提出了通过技术改造,优化工艺控制参数的方法来提高氨肟化膜系统运行周期。并通过实践证明该方法确实有效,满足了装置长周期高负荷生产的需要。

Abstract:This paper analyzed the reason why the membrane devices system of cyclohexanone ammoximation has a short operational cycle. By technical innovation,process optimization and parameter control,the operational cycle of the membrane devices system could be extended,and therefore meet the needs of long-run and high-load production.
