空气-氧化剂联合氧化法制备聚合硫酸铁的研究

摘    要:用废铁屑和H2SO4为原料,研究了空气—氧化剂联合氧化法制备聚合硫酸铁的工艺条件,如原料配比、反应温度、反应时间、溶液pH值等。结果表明,在SO24-]∶Fe]T=1.40~1.45∶1,反应温度为60℃,经6h的空气氧化后再用氧化剂继续氧化,可减少氧化剂用量80%,产品质量达到国家标准。

Abstract:PFS is prepared from scrap iron and sulfuric acid by Air-Oxidant oxidation. The effects of preparation condition such as the sulfuric acid dosage, pH, reaction temperature and time were studied. The results show that the quality of prepared PSF can meet the national standards, about 80% amount of oxidant can he saved under such conditions asSO4 2-]:Fe]T=1.40~1.45:1,, reaction temperature 60℃, pH〈 1, adding oxidant after 6h oxidation by air.
