摘    要:研究了丙烯腈-衣康酸铵共聚体系的竞聚率和不同加料方式下聚丙烯腈(PAN)树脂中衣康酸铵含量的变化规律。采用Fineman-Ross法测得丙烯腈(AN)-衣康酸铵(AIA)体系的竞聚率为:AN=1.30,AIA=0.59,该体系属于非理想非恒比共聚。元素分析和热重分析表明,在聚合过程中逐步补加AN,有效地抑制了PAN树脂中AIA平均含量的变化幅度;补加单体法获得的树脂与一次性投料方式下生成的PAN树脂相比,前者的热稳定性较高。γγ

Abstract:Activity ratio of acrylonitrile (AN)-ammonium itaconic acid (AIA) copolymerization system and the changes of AIA content in two methods of comnonomer adding were studied in this paper. The activity ratio of AN and AIA measured by Fineman-Ross method was 1.30 ( AN) and 0.59 ( AIA), respectively, which revealed that the AN-AIA copolymerization was a non-ideal and unstable system. Element analysis and thermogravimetry showed that the change extent of average AIA content was effectively controlled as acrylonitrile was supplemented stage by stage, and the thermal stability of resins prepared by acrylonitrile supplementing method was better than that of resins synthesized without acrylonitrile supplementing.
