染料敏化纳米晶体光电池

摘    要:对染料敏化纳米晶体太阳能电池(Dye—Sensitized Nanocrystalline Photovdtaic Sollr Cells)的结构、工作原理进行了介绍,概述了它的研究现状及存在问题,指出它是一种非常有前途的清洁太阳能装置,具有结构简单,成本低廉,易于制造等优点,对光强度变化和温度变化不敏感,光电转换效率高,光稳定性好,对环境无污染,自1991年问世以来,引起了人们的广泛关注。并对这一研究领域的前景进行了展望。

Abstract:Dye-Sensitized Nanocrystalline Photovoltaic Solar Cells are very prospecting cleaning devices for the conversion of solar energy into electricity. The cells are not only simple and cheap but also inert to the change of the light intensity and the environmental temperature. Besides, they also have some other advantages such as high incident photon-to-current conversion efficiency, light stability, no pollution and so on. So the cells have attracted intense attentions since it appeared in 1991. In this paper, the structures and working principles of the cells were introduced; the present research situation and the existing questions as well as their future prospects were briefly discussed.
