摘    要:使用大型流程模拟软件Aspen Plus对橡胶行业排放VOCs典型燃烧工艺建立了模型,并进行了模拟,考察了燃烧空气量、燃烧温度、燃烧压力对VOCs排放浓度的影响.模拟结果显示,针对废气量540000 Nm3/h,总浓度5000 mg/Nm3的VOCs,较佳的工艺条件为:燃烧空气量为29500 Nm3/h,燃烧温度为1050℃,燃烧压力为0.8 atm.在较佳的工艺条件下,VOC排放浓度小于120 mg/ Nm3,达到相关国家标准的要求.

Abstract:The VOC typical combustion process model in rubber industry was established by using Aspen Plus software. The effect of combustion air flow amount, combustion temperature and pressure on emitting VOC concentration was investigated. The results showed the optimal amount of air flow was 29 500 Nm3/h, the optimal combustion temperature was 1 050 ℃ and the optimal combustion pressure was 0.8 atm in respect to the 540 000 Nm3/h of waste gas and 5 000 mg/Nm3of VOCs concentration. The emitting VOC concentration was below 120 mg/Nm3under the optimal process condition, which met the requirement of relevant national standards.
