摘    要:采用气相色谱法测定水基型胶粘剂中苯含量,依据测量不确定度评定原理和方法,量化不确定度分量,最后计算出扩展不确定度。结果表明:标准曲线拟合和样品重复性测量是不确定度主要来源的关键因素。所以,在测定水基型胶粘剂中苯含量时应加强这两因素的控制,从而保证检测结果的准确性。

Abstract:The content of benzene in water-based adhesives was determined by gas chromatography (GC). According to the evaluation principle and method of measurement uncertainty, through analyzing the uncertainty sources, each component of uncertainty was evaluated and quantified, and then the expanded uncertainty was calculated. The results showed that key factor to cause the uncertainty of measurement in the determination was curve fitting and measurement repeatability. Therefore, in order to improve the accuracy of measurement results, the control of these two aspects should be reinforced in the measurement.
