| 摘 要： | 通过对聚乙烯装置反应器进料泵机械密封失效过程的讲述,对失效的原因进行了分析.结合反应器进料泵的工作条件,根据机械密封和干气密封的自身特点,提出对反应器进料泵机械密封的改进措施,为今后装置的稳定生产奠定了基础.

| Abstract: | Failure process of mechanical seal for reactor feed-in pumps of polyethylene plant was introduced,failure causes were analyzed.Combined with working conditions of reactor feed-in pumps,based on characteristics of the mechanical seal and the dry gas seal,improvement measures of the mechanical seal for reactor feed-in pumps were put forward,which can lay a foundation for steady production of the polyethylene plant in the future. |
