摘    要:通过对某炼厂的加氢裂化过程理论最小能耗和实际能耗的比较,分析了产生差距的原因,为过程的节能指明了方向。首先对过程理论最小能耗进行了推导,并运用到某炼厂的加氢裂化装置,然后将求得的理论最小能耗与实际能耗作比较,最后分析导致理论最小能耗与实际能耗差别的原因并作出结论。

Abstract:Based on the comparison between the theoretical minimum energy consumption and the actual energy consumption of a refinery hydrocracking unit, the reasons to cause the gap were analyzed, which could provide the direction for energy saving. At first, the theoretical minimum energy consumption was derived and applied to a refinery hydrocracking unit. Then the theoretical minimum energy consumption was compared with the actual energy consumption of the same process. At last, the reasons leading to the differences between the theoretical minimum energy consumption and the actual energy consumption were analyzed, meanwhile the conclusion was drawn.
