己二酸合成工艺研究进展评述

摘    要:介绍了己二酸的性质、用途、市场前景和生产现状,介绍了己二酸的4种主要合成工艺:KA油法、C4烯烃法、生物法和环己烯法等,分析了这些工艺的现状和优缺点。根据己二酸行业现状及其合成工艺现状,展望了己二酸合成工艺的发展趋势,建议大力研发生物法和以臭氧为氧化剂的环己烯法等迎合未来发展趋势的新型的己二酸合成工艺。

Abstract:Some about adipic acid, such as the quality, utility, market future and production status, and four primary synthesis technologies of adipic acid, including the KA oil method, the C4 alkene method, the biologic method and the cyclohexene method have been introduced. The status and virtues and defects of these technologies have been analyzed and expatiated briefly. Basing on the actuality of adipic acid industry and its synthesis technologies, the development trends of synthesis technologies of adipic acid have been prospected. The synthesis technologies which fit the development, the biologic method and the cyclohexene method which uses ozone as oxidant, have been advised to be emphati- cally researched when the synthesis technologies of adipic acid are renovated or new synthesis technologies are studied.
