H_2SO_4改性焙烧高岭土的性能研究

摘    要:以内蒙古鄂尔多斯高岭土为原料,经过不同温度焙烧,将焙烧高岭土样品进行不同浓度H_2SO_4改性后,得到酸改性焙烧高岭土样品。通过扫描电镜(SEM)结合能谱(EDS)、X射线衍射(XRD)、傅里叶红外线光谱(FT-IR)、热重-差热(TG-DTA)、比表面积(BET)对样品进行表征分析。高岭土结构水的脱离高于525.9℃;当焙烧温度高于600℃后,高岭土的特征峰消失,转化为偏高岭土;焙烧高岭土,有明显的堆积孔道且表面更加粗糙;改性焙烧高岭土由片状结构变成块状结构,堆积孔道大量消失,其比表面积增大。

Abstract:The kaolin samples from Ordos, inner Mongolia, were calcined at different temperatures, the calcined kaolin samples were modified with different concentrations of H2SO4 to obtain H2SO4 Modified calcined kaolin. The prepared samples were characterized by using scanning electron microscopy(SEM)coupled with energy dispersive spectroscopy(EDS), X ray diffraction(XRD), Fourier infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),thermal gravimetric-differential thermal analysis(TG-DTA),specific surface area(BET)measurements. The results show that the separation temperature of structure water of kaolin is higher than 525.9℃;When the calcination temperature is higher than 600℃, the characteristic peak of kaolin disappears and the kaolin is converted into metakaolin;The calcined kaolin has obvious accumulation channels and rougher surface; The structure of modified calcined kaolin can change from sheet structure into massive structure, its specific surface area increases and a lot of the accumulation channels disappear.
